Refund & Billing Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
This policy applies to all subscriptions, plans, and services provided through Autopilot Clients® (autopilotclients.io), operated by Prosperity Lab LLC. By purchasing a subscription or signing up for an account, you agree to the terms below.
The Short Version
All sales are final. Because Autopilot Clients® is a software platform with immediate account access and provisioning, we do not offer refunds on subscription fees, setup fees, or usage charges. You can cancel anytime, and your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
1. No Refunds on Software Subscriptions
Autopilot Clients® is a software-as-a-service platform. When you subscribe, your account is provisioned immediately and you receive full access to the platform, its features, and its resources. Because of the digital nature of the service and the immediate delivery of access, all subscription payments (monthly and annual) are non-refundable.
This includes, without limitation:
- Monthly subscription fees, whether or not you logged in or used the platform during the billing period
- Annual or prepaid subscription fees, in whole or in part
- One-time setup, onboarding, or migration fees
- Usage-based charges, including SMS, email, phone, and AI usage credits, whether used or unused
- Add-ons, upgrades, and premium features
2. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, email us at [email protected] or use the cancellation option inside your account, if available.
Here's how cancellation works:
- Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- You'll retain full access to your account until that date.
- No further charges will be made after the current billing period ends.
- We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
Cancellation requests must be received before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following period. Charges that process before we receive your cancellation request are non-refundable.
3. Your Data After Cancellation
When your subscription ends, your account and its data (including contacts, funnels, workflows, and campaign history) may be deactivated and permanently deleted after a grace period of 30 days. It's your responsibility to export any data you want to keep before your access ends. We're happy to point you to export tools if you need help before your final day of access.
4. Usage Credits and Rebilling
Communication and AI features (such as SMS, email sending, phone calls, and AI tools) may consume prepaid usage credits or trigger automatic rebilling when your balance runs low. These charges reflect real third-party carrier and processing costs and are non-refundable once incurred, including unused credit balances remaining at cancellation.
5. Free Trials and Promotional Pricing
If your plan includes a free trial or promotional period, you won't be charged until the trial ends. To avoid charges, cancel before the trial period expires. Once a trial converts to a paid subscription, the charge is subject to this no-refund policy. Promotional or discounted pricing applies only for the stated promotional term.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a question or concern about a charge, please contact us first at [email protected]. We respond to billing inquiries promptly and want to resolve any issue directly.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for valid charges made under this policy constitutes a breach of these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent disputes, to contest chargebacks with documentation of service delivery and policy acceptance, and to recover associated fees and costs.
7. Service Availability
We work hard to keep the platform available and performing well, but no software service can guarantee 100% uptime. Temporary outages, maintenance windows, third-party integration issues, or feature changes do not entitle you to a refund or credit unless required by applicable law.
8. Exceptions Required by Law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract. Where such laws require a refund, we'll comply with them.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page, and the effective date above will be updated. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
